Polymer Clay Easter Cookies

 Supplies
Polymer Clay, TLS, color pastels, tools for texturing (toothbrush, foil, sandpaper, needle and dotting tools), cookie cutters.
 Let's get started!
Start with a "cookie colored" clay. I used ecru mixed with a tiny bit of beige.
Roll out to desired thickness.
Cut out cookies. If you don't have mini cookie cutters, (and I don't blame you, other than this tutorial I doubt these will get much use) You can sketch out your own shapes with a ball tool and cut out with an exacto knife.

 Add texture to cookies.

The top of the cookie will be covered with icing, so you can skip this part, but it's a good chance to try out different textured tools and compare the different results.

Time to bake.

Add some color pastels to TLS. I added only a small amount to get a more pastel effect.

Decorate and bake once more.
